Florence’s welcoming classes combine heat-generating vinyasa flow with healing restorative yoga. This ancient spiritual practise is suitable for all, with each class focusing on finding presence, balance and awareness of the breath, mind and body.

Florence’s teaching emphasises finding safe alignment and offering options for every ability, for people who have never stepped on a yoga mat before, to those with much experience.

 

Florence is currently teaching small group classes at an idyllic country setting in Lingfield, but also offers private classes in the comfort of your own home. Please get in touch for more information. 

A B O U T    F L O R E N C E

Florence began practising yoga when she was twelve years old. Wishing to be able to share this transformational practise with others, Florence completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Cliffs of Moher Academy, with Michelle Moroney and Dearbhla Glynn

Finding stillness and acceptance through movement and meditation has been hugely influential in helping me to cope with anxiety and depression, whilst reminding me to live mindfully and to appreciate my body and everyday life in an entirely new light.”
